Having been a patient with Dr. Mullins for well over a decade, I have absolutely no hesitation to recommend him as a patient, thorough, informative, and personable physician who takes the time to ensure his patients understand their condition and treatments. I've never known him not to take the extra time to answer my questions or address my concerns at any level.
