I would build another house with them again and again. Katy was wonderful, professional, accountable, timely, understanding, and a great communicator. The unique touches from Katy’s designs are part of what set them apart from other builders. Also, the organization and timing was impressive. We were moved in within about 6 months of starting.

While Jeff Miedema Homes did build us a beautiful home that we love, I am so frustrated that they will not come back to resolve even simple issues we have with the home that they have promised to fix. For example, all of the exterior windows in our home are painted black except one, and I cannot get them to come back to paint the window, which they installed last July. The team at Jeff Miedema homes were fantastic to work with Katy helped us customize our interior options. She was accommodating of any requests or finding alternatives for options that may not work. Progress during the build was updated frequently and we had multiple opportunities to check out the house in progress. We had a tight timeline to work with for our move in and they made it happen which was a huge relief in the ever stressful process of moving.
