Lisa Carlson is phenomenal. She is exceptional at translating insurance terms into easily understandable examples. She also identifies cost savings strategies based upon a person's unique life circumstances. Even if a year goes by between us touching base, anytime I speak to Lisa it's almost as speaking to a family member. She remembers everything about my household down to my pups' names.
