I’ve only been with State Farm for a short time, but it is the best experience I’ve had with an insurance company in a long time. I also work with Lisa she is great. She helps me navigate things and always takes extra time to make sure we are on the same page. I actually found a little bit lower somewhere else, but the Customer Service that Lisa provides is worth paying extra for. (Sidenote, she ended up being able to get me a better price than what I had Found elsewhereso that was a bonus!

Lisa has mostly been my contact and I cannot say enough positive about how helpful she has been throughout this time. Living in a condominium, I have had a couple of water leak claims that have been handled with speed and efficiency.
