I had my toilet back up and called a plumber. That plumber came out, spent 5 minutes in my house and then told me to call someone else because it was in the sewer line. He then charged me $100 for the 5 minutes. I called Jeff Metzler Plumbing and told them about my problem. Since I only have one bathroom, it was a serious problem! Anyway Jeff and his team were out to my place within an hour. They ended up having to replace most of the pipes under my house. These guys are amazing. Last year we got a new water heater which they actually had on hand. This week I called because my washer was backing up into my tub.. it's gross and they came out the next day. Very professional and fair pricing. Highly recommend.

When I called to see how much he charged per hour he said $100/hr I said fine but when he showed up he had 2 men with him then tried to charge me labor for the 2 men so that meant $200/hr. When questioned he got an attitude and had a nasty tone.
