My mother had to cancel an appt in Oct of 24 one in February of 25. Both were due to her not being able to afford the treatment at the time(they don’t take insurance). My mom cancelled the day before in each case(although one was on a Sunday). My family has gone/goes to this office for years(they took over for Dr Samuels). When the secretary(the Drs wife) heard who it was on the phone when my Mom called in on Monday to make another appt, she was very kirt with her and advised her she had cancelled two appts prior. Dr. Matilsky is a knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly caring dentist. I highly recommend them and Debbie from the office is extremely accommodating, timely, and very informative! If you want to feel cared for and respected during all stages of your care, before during and after, do yourself a favor and come here!
My husband and I have been clients of Dr. Matilsky for a long time. It's a pleasure to have a dentist who is so caring and who makes sure that all of his work is perfect. His office and staff are great too.
