We were explicitly told that auctioneer would state that our Cat D6 comes with all manuals, and that receipts are included for over $3000 of recent work. That never happened. Then, auctioneer started bidding at scrap price, rather than the typical high bid start. Now, we are still awaiting payment. Never again. Horrible.
Excellent place to do business with. Good people, very efficient, and extremely willing to help.
