The worse place to work with! They force you to sign a 6 months contract at the door of the residence you visiting, not giving you chance to read or they explain what it is about it. If you decide to renew your lease they apply the fees to it or charge you a ridiculous 10% a month of rent till your new lease is over, even if you rented before without their services. No manager to speak with, no one reply emails, no one call back, Brian also is the worse realtor to work with.
