Jeff was our agent when buying in the Wilmington Area. I can't praise him and his team enough! I contacted Jeff to sell my condo at Kure Beach. Jeff strategically priced the property to receive multipe offers in just a few days selling for more than $20,000 over the listing price. Jeff was a great agent for us. He and his team were always readily available whenever we needed to talk, and quick to follow up with interested buyers. We sold our house during a time when the market was very slow and inventory was high. We previously had our house listed with another agent with no success, and were prepared to take it off the market to rent.
