Jeff was our agent when buying in the Wilmington Area. I can't praise him and his team enough! Jeff knows the market like the back of his hand, and if you see a house you want, Jeff will make sure you get it! We had a little bit of work done to our house prior to moving in. Jeff was a great agent for us. He and his team were always readily available whenever we needed to talk, and quick to follow up with interested buyers. We sold our house during a time when the market was very slow and inventory was high. We previously had our house listed with another agent with no success, and were prepared to take it off the market to rent.
