Dr. Chapman takes the time to fully explain what is happening during the exam and I was pleasantly surprised that, when my prescription had only changed very slightly, that he told me that I didn't need new glasses. I feel like this day and age everyone is always trying to nickel and dime you, so it was nice to have a doctor be so honest.
