I have worked closely with Jeff on a few very complex transactions and no one else could have done for me what he did. The first house was a sale under duress with a private lender who needed a payoff and a home owner who was very unpredictable. I live on the east coast. I had some property in Willits, California that I needed to sell. After some research, I chose Jeff Kram. He was friendly and very responsive to my concerns. The property sold quickly and for a very acceptable price. Jeff truly is “the hardest working guy in real estate.” I highly recommend him and Re/Max and would use him again.
Jeff Kram is truly a very hard working man. He was always ready to answer any questions and show us houses on a short notice. He's also very professional and at the same time personable.
