Very impressed with front office, very efficient in taking us in and a friendly staff. Once in the room, Dr. Kimball came promptly and was extremely attentive, clear, answering all our questions with full clarity and, very approachable for my daughter‘s ACL surgery consult. Unfortunately, post surgery experience was quite negative and getting answers and just to get hold of doctors for general questions was extremely exhausting experience.
My daughter is 14 and tore her ACL and meniscus at a volleyball tournament. I was recommended to Dr. Kimball and I am so incredibly thankful we decided to go with him. We were On a very tight timeline due to my daughter starting high school. When I called to make the appointment to see Dr. Kimball, they scheduled us the very next day and since I had a PPO insurance, we were able to get an MRI the following day and then the day after that we went back into his office And got the results. Dr. Kimball is a very professional and knowledgeable doctor, who seems to have his Patient’s well-being in the forefront.
Dr. Kimball was quick, yet efficient. He listened to my concerns about how my stage 4 hip deterioration has been affecting my quality of life. He recommended to lose more weight so my post surgery physical therapy will be easier and more effective. Although he will not be able to perform the surgery, I appreciated his thoughts regarding having hip replacement surgery. Dr. Kimball was great. Took the time to discuss my situation and offered the best surgical option. He also offered comfort measures with injections prior to having surgery. Greatly appreciated that offer. Look forward to scheduling my surgery.
