I don’t recommend this dealership due to poor customer service. My mother bought a used car some months back with some undisclosed damage to it. The roof ended up leaking and she came to find out it was due to previous undisclosed damage not on the Carfax she was provided. When she notified the dealership about the issue they failed to respond to her. We had a great experience at Jaff Kies Auto! The team was incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. During the test drive, I noticed a small issue with the car brakes and I let them know about it. They took it seriously and made note of it right away, which really showed they care about their customers and their vehicles.
