I went in as a new patient on a Groupon special, having seen multiple dentists over the last several years, it was refreshing to have such a pleasurable dental visit. Seldom have I gone to a Dr's office and actually been seen at the appointment time. Not only were they on time, but from the time I came through the front door, everyone was very friendly, and helpful. Very bad experience with this dentist 2 years ago. He has not billed us since then, and has now turned us over for collection. We have credit scores in the high 800's. We don't "not pay people or pay late." He is not upfront with his procedures, the cost of such, and dental insurance estimates. Nothing is provided in writing. He took all of our insurance benefits for 2016 (~$900), and we paid him ~$600 out of our own pockets.. He performed 2 oral exams in a week's time, didn't tell us he was charging for both. The following is a letter i sent to Dr. Kelley which pretty much explains why I am on here rating him and his staff. "August 2016 I received your bill for $150. I wanted to kindly request your kind consideration to adjusting this bill. When I set up this appointment back in July, I informed your assistant that I had new insurance, a few days prior to my actual appointment. Dr. Kelley and Staff was so nice and did a great job and very informative:) My mom and i. Both went and was very impressed that they were not forceful for us to have more work done and he did not tell us things that we did not need. Dr. Kelley is laid-back and leaves it at your discretion . Will definitely be our dentist in the future. ;)
