Worst communication I’ve ever had with a company. Been w/ St Farm 25 years. When my 16 yo Car insurance renewed it was double last years. I called & was told agent would call me back (didn’t). Next call @2 pm he was at lunch.. 3 calls n/a… finally texted saying he didn’t know how they got the rates. It was from consider database. This went on for weeks.
