I have had my insurance with the Jeff Kahn State Farm Insurance Agency for years. They have provided coverage for all my needs to include home and autos. The entire staff is so personable & always return your call. I absolutely LOVE Vicki Sutherlin! She is the sweetest lady and goes out of the way to help you. I highly recommend this State Farm Agency!
I have been a customer of Jeff's for a number of years. He has provided excellent service every time we have needed him. He is prompt and very helpful. The most recent incident occurred last week when a rock hit my windshield while I was on the highway in Florida. I called Jeff and he immediately sent me the pertinent phone info and made an appt for a Safelite store in Panama City. I showed up and had the work done in less than an hour. Due to personal circumstances my relationship with State Farm came to an end. Mr. Kahn personally assisted me and was genuinely sympathetic to my issue. State Farm and especially my local agent, Jeff Kahn, took VERY good care of me with my recent boat engine damage claim. From Jeff to his staff to the online claims process to my personal SF claims' adjuster, it ended up being a much smoother process than I had envisioned it would be. The entire claims process was easy, efficient, and with very little to no stress.
