Received a call from Gracie advising State Farm had some decreases in premiums and wanted to give me a quote in order to regain our business. She was excellent! Very helpful and knowledgeable. She answered all of my questions, and at the end of it, we were able to save about $200 per month on our auto insurance.
The BEST!! Vicki has been my go to for years!! Although pricing sometimes fluctuates with ALL insurance companies, the QUALITY OF SERVICE sometimes outweighs the price. Vicki Sutherlin at Jeff Kahn's office goes above and beyond to help her customers. She's very prompt to respond, very easy to communicate with and resolves all our issues/questions in a timely manner. No having to call back two or three times when you've got Vicki! She is the reason we stay with State Farm!
