I closed on my home in Douglasville, GA on 4/9/2021. The seller of the property served as the relator and broker with Jeff Justice & CO. A termite inspection was done on 3/30/2021 with a treatment date of 4/9/2021. Which stated yes previous infestation and no current infestation. When I walked into my property after closing that was not the case. The pest control company has been to my property twice since closing. RecommendedJeff J has been a dream to work with! He helped my husband buy his condo, then helped us sell it. We’ve since bought and sold another house and are buying ANOTHER house! So I guess this is our 5th time using him! We definitely call when the time comes to sell the house we are purchasing now. Jeff always answers his phone, keeps us updated, and has given us great advice while always allowing us the space to make our own decisions.
My husband and I bought our first home in 2015 with Jeff justice & co and the process was so easy. Christi was the best! I refer her to EVERYONE
Jeff and his company helped me buy and then later sell my house. Not only was he friendly, he was also helpful by walking me through every step of the process. I highly recommend him and his company!!!!
He's full of crap. Claims things are new when they're not. Doesn't even do a complete paint job on outside of house. Then wants to price 30k plus over area sales.
