Jeff sold our house in January of this year. His knowledge of values in our neighborhood enabled us to set a very competitive price. We received top dollar for the sale. He "held our hand" throughout what was at times a contentious process. He always got back to us promptly when we had questions or needed to "vent." We had tried to sell this house twice before, with no success. Jeff made it happen for us inside of 4 months. We also did not live locally, and there were multiple issues that had to be handled onsite - Jeff was instrumental in organizing all of that.
