Great job by everyone in the store. Everyone is so kind and very helpful.
The computer system was down or uncooperative for three of my six visits for contact lenses since November 12th, 2022, so there was no record of at least two of the prescriptions that I tried. I couldn’t even order lenses today because the computer system wasn’t working properly. Thank God for 1-800-Contacts. LensCrafters must be using the same computer system as Southwest Airlines…It is pretty unlikely that I’ll ever visit LensCrafters again.
Solid Not recommend from me. Staff is indifferent and wears pajamas...it's a doctor's office! I made an appointment for a contact fit assessment, and they scheduled me for an entire exam. When I started asking questions, the staffer just walked away, not answering any of my medical questions. Unprofessional staff, not qualified for a medical setting.
The staff was friendly and courteous. The technician (Enrique) I had was awesome. And the doctor (Christine) was friendly as well and recommended great contacts. I’ll definitely be coming back in the future.
