Far from being an asset, they are a terrible liability. They show a complete lack of understanding of the conditions of the economy in general, amd of the real estate market in particular. What I really appreciate about being an agent at Corcoran Centric Realty is that Clare Bolduc, the CEO and a real estate attorney, is always available to answer any legal questions that come up during a transaction. It's incredibly helpful to have that level of expertise readily accessible.
