I am giving Jeff Hashbarger a one star review. He did not present a WRITTEN COUNTER OFFER to me (buyer) from the sellers agent-bc HE was unsatisfied with the commission percentage. So I never got to see it. Upon learning this-I decided I do not want his representation as my realtor and I notified him two weeks ago in writing. He is now coming after me (having people call and intimidate me) into still purchasing the home and Jeff is stating that he won’t release me until October and that is HIS commission.
