The worst Landlord and living conditions I’ve EVER encountered. Very dishonest and a horrible communicator. Jeff Harman takes advantage of young adults who he knows can’t afford or have the time to take him to court for his unlawful practices. By Utah law, I was supposed to receive my security deposit back within 30 days. It took constant texting and calls to Jeff to finally receive it. I got it almost 3 months late. PLEASE DO NOT RENT FROM JEFF HARMAN. Save your self a whole bunch of headache!
Do not rent from him!! The worst experience we ever had from a landlord. All of his properties are uninhabitable and in horrid conditions. He refuses to fix almost everything. All he cares about is taking your money, do NOT sign any contracts with him. You are better off living anywhere else. He’s dishonest and cruel.
The most dishonest landlord I have ever encountered. Under no circumstances should anyone rent any of these properties. It is filthy and unsafe. There is mold growing from the roofs and through the walls. There are rat holes. There are broken windows. There are front door locks that barely work. He is slow to fix any problems that arise and imposes a heavy “transfer contract” fee to discourage tenants from moving. He does not keep his word and does not communicate.
He rents properties that are full of mold, have bugs, have rats, and are full of broken glass. Do not rent for any reason.
Do not rent from this company period!!!!! So dishonest.
