I had a very disappointing experience at the Mazda parts counter today. I was standing there waiting while the parts guy ignored me, even after he was told there was a customer at the counter. When he finally came over, he was rude and spoke to me in a demeaning tone. I was simply trying to help my neighbor find tail light clips for a CX-9. I even brought the actual clip with me so it would be easier to match.
