I bought a remodeled house from him a year ago. There are numerous issues from shoddy workmanship. The kitchen island is not level and is falling apart at the corners, electrical work is incompetently done, and the most expensive issue is the "new" floor buckling at various points because of subfloor issues. His carefree, douchey, and "devil may care" attitude at closing should have been a red flag. I am beyond disappointed. Jeff is the best. He’s done all my families loans for 15 years. We have difficult loans and he always gets them done.
