Not all insurance companies or agents are created equally. Jeff Gotch, Malissa and the team are truly amazing. I came to them with some issues I was having and they worked tirelessly to get me the coverage I needed. Jeff immediately took action seeing the urgency of my situation. Very personable, I felt so welcomed and appreciated speaking with them from the very first call. I saved a little money too. Great service. Great rates. A++
My experience with Jeff Gotch State Farm has been wonderful so far.Jeff Gotch is so nice and so is Alli. In fact, everyone in the office is so courteous and polite. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. Since I’ve been with them, I have been very pleased with the insurance service that they provide. I highly recommend Jeff, Gotch, State Farm.
Absolutely would not recommend these guys. I’m not sure Jeff actually works there. I have called several times with questions regarding my policy and have yet to actually talk to Jeff the ladies in the office. Tell me they will call me back every day then call to tell me they will get to me tomorrow And I finally drew the line at getting a text message saying I They would get to me on Monday.
