Jeff & Staff are a pleasure to work with. I have been a customer with Jeff Gotch, State Farm for many years and anytime I call they’re always extremely helpful and I really appreciate that. I recently had a situation of trying to change some auto policies and both Jeff and Olivia were excellent and went above and beyond helping me understand all the changes and receiving a fair price. Judy, my wife and I met with Jeff and his wife to change our S.F. agent from our previous location, to a much closer Bellevue office. On entering the office, We were made to feel like family, and Jeff provided us with much useful information and answered our questions about what auto & renters insurance options made the best sense for our limited finances. Very Professional, Personal, and Cordial.

Terrible service. We had a hailstorm that damaged our roof in Bellevue and it took almost 2 years for the roof to get approved to be replaced. SF fought me every step of the way. Their rates were ridiculously high as well. Would not recommend anyone to use this branch or State Farm in general.
