Left all five of the lugnuts on my front tire loose. Jimmy, the body shop manager, told me they didn’t even remove my tire and worked on my door for about 1-3 hours and was finished. Here’s the problem, I paid for 8 hours of labor and all of my lugnuts were loose? Also, when I picked the car up a door handle was ripped off and the cover for a part of my rear view mirror was off and laying in the cup holder. These guys seems to be careless and dishonest.
