I was extremely disappointed with the lack of responsiveness from this office. I specifically worked with Ashwak, who never answered my questions, which ultimately led me to switch to another insurance company. I was on autopay and had already paid for both my renter's and auto insurance for the months when I canceled. When I inquired about a refund, she assured me that a pro-rated credit would be mailed to me from their regional office along with a written confirmation of the cancellation. Since switching to this agency, I couldn't have been happier. Everyone is super friendly, and the fact that they check and respond to texts makes living a busy life a little easier. I literally have no complaints with this lovely bunch!!
I’ve worked with Ashwak out of this office for years— she’s absolutely a lovely person, and also really diligent and helpful. She has no issue spec’ing prices on insurance when I take a while to shop for and choose new cars, and she is always easy to reach! Highly recommend working with her and this whole office in general.
