I already had State Farm for my house insurance and I finally got around to switching my auto insurance from Meemic to State Farm, I am upset I didnt do it sooner! I was extremely disappointed with the lack of responsiveness from this office. I specifically worked with Ashwak, who never answered my questions, which ultimately led me to switch to another insurance company. I was on autopay and had already paid for both my renter's and auto insurance for the months when I canceled. When I inquired about a refund, she assured me that a pro-rated credit would be mailed to me from their regional office along with a written confirmation of the cancellation.
