My daughter took my 10 month old grandson to see Dr. Jeff. Neal while we were on vacation in Bend. Dr. Neal was wonderful, his office very kind and they were willing to see him even though it was just a one time visit. Thank you for helping us when we needed it.
Dr. Neal is awesome. I've been going to him for about 3 years on and off. He listens, cares and has a gentle approach. He has supplied me with images I couldn't get from my doctors and advice regarding images. His staff is also very helpful and friendly!
I’ve been seeing Dr. Neal for awhile now and he’s always been very helpful and accommodating. I have to give him an extra shout out for helping me recently. I was having excruciating neck pain on the left side that was radiating into my eye and ear. Prior to seeing him, I had seen a PT & had 2 massages with little relief. He diagnosed me immediately, adjusted me and I’m a new person. My 2.5 week headache went away and my neck is SO much better. Seeing him again for follow up care. Highly recommend! Thanks Dr. Neal!!!
Dr. Neal is SO nice and accommodating. Always has good suggestions and advice. The roller table after treatment is divine. Great covid protocols in the lobby, etc. Super safe environment.
Everyone in the office is kind, welcoming and patient. Dr. Neal is great. He listens and takes his time. It's apparent that he really cares. I truly appreciate him and his approach.
