Doesn't respond to phone calls, doesn't communicate only unless it benefits himself. Greedy and concerned only for personal gain. Very dishonest to achieve his goals...all in all unprofessional, deceiving and should be in politics instead.
Do no trust this man. He sold me something and lied to my face and tried to play it off like he was going to follow through on his end of the deal and went months without contacting me at all and then come to find out he sold me something that was not even his. He's a snake. And untrustworthy
Jeff Flint should be ashamed to even call himself a realtor. He does not respond to calls or texts. He is a low life of a person to try and sell a person something, when he doesn't even own the thing to begin with! He is a snake - take the money and run kind of guy. Fast to screw you over!

Jeff Flint is a snake. We were working through our realtor and in the process of buying a home. We had an Accepted offer on a house Jeff was selling.... Little to no contact after that, our agent documented all the phone calls, voicemails, texts, and emails with no response. We continued to wait for an answer from this man the little contact we had with him he gave us false hope that this deal was on its way to go through.
