This is an amazing dealership. Very professional, very kind. Keith is an excellent salesman and we appreciate all his help. Mandie handled all of our paperwork and she was friendly and efficient. We have only lived in this area a few years. We have purchased many cars in our lives and have not had great experiences at other dealerships. Our experience at Jeff Drennen was excellent. I would recommend them to anyone.
Have always been pleased with theroutine oil change and tire rotation. I recently Had that service done pror to leaving for an extended vacation. I have had a slow (unrepairable) leak in 1 tire. I know this and add air as needed. I was expecting the needed tire would be in a new location but it was still in the same right front location it had been since the last rotation causing me to assume no rotation took place.
Their service department is top notch. They helped me when other GMC dealerships didn't. They were quick and organized. Great service
