I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone! The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about their product. The entire buying experience was quite enjoyable, well worth the 2-1/2 hour drive! Keep up the good work!
The last three times we have been to this dealership we have either been treated rudely or not helped at all. On June 19 we scheduled an appointment to meet with a salesperson to drive a 2022 Jeep Compass at 3:30 in the afternoon. We got there for our appointment and she was waiting on someone else after we had an appointment and we were sat at a table and made to wait an extremely long time to drive this vehicle. Nothing personable; and as platinum member I had higher expectations. I asked if vehicle could be picked up as it was part of our platinum service and was told no. I expected a car wash as that was to be included in platinum package but conveniently the car wash was broken. I’ve worked recently with another local dealership and didn’t even purchase a car from there and received HIGHER level of service so my expectations was higher. The platinum add on at purchase was a scam and should never be offered.
