We were interested in five homes. Out of the five I found four of them looking on Zillow. Jeff found one and that was an Automated email.When I asked him why he said its was the 20th century and everything was online. He also mentioned he was too busy . Furthermore, he recommended only and strongly Marc Ruggieri from Pineapple home inspectors who missed so many things wrong with the house I have no room to write. Very nice person but thats all. He referred a home inspector to me Pineapple Property Inspections. The inspector missed so many things . In the end, it costs me over 25,000$. In fact, the person that I bought the house from also used him and has massive problems with things he missed. Even one of the contractors that was referred to me by the home inspector had massive problems with Marc Ruggieri from Pineapple Home Inspectors. The Creegan Team did an amazing job helping me sell my unit in the Fountains! I live in Connecticut most of the year so was not able to be present for much of the staging or showings, and they also handled all of the communication with the management team at the Fountains.
