I purchased an RV over the phone in January after a LONG time looking. I settled on a 273RL. The purchase process was pretty smooth. The salesman was responsive, gave me a full video walkthrough and answered all of my questions. They even stored the until for me at no charge. Pay for what you get! Not a very good experience from this dealership. I decide to pay for my own inspection before shipping the RV across country to my property. Did not want to have any problems since I was 2000 miles away from the dealership. All I ended up with those problems items on the inspection report were not fully addressed and still had to have warranty people come to the location for continued repairs. After dealing on the phone with this dealership for about 8 years, my wife and I finally purchased a 2025 Sabre 37FLH. We had it delivered to a campground in NH and have had one issue after another since then. On delivery, after paying 2500 dollars for them to install a washer dryer, it was never installed correctly and was damaged when i looked into the space it was in! I am writing this review today and know that I have documentation and pictures to back everything I say here today. I would have given zero stars, but that wasn't an option. Last year I purchased a 245VC from Couch's and to say that Forest River, Lippert and Couch's shouldn't be dealt with is an understatement. From a warranty standpoint, neither Couch's, Forest River or Lippert stand behind their warranty, they pass the buck off to their vendors like Lippert and then when Lippert refuses to honor the warranty they clam up a... read more

I hope this write up can help one family not deal with the hassle that my family has had to go through. I would NEVER buy from this dealership or team again. My wife and I knew exactly what we wanted after an RV show, found a few dealerships that had the inventory and started to call around. The only reason I am giving them the rating of 4 is because the salesman Hunter was awesome in answering all my questions and helping after we were having problems with the extended warranty. We made the sale over the phone and after reading several reviews we decided to pay for someone to go out and inspect the Salem 42 view before we signed the papers.
