I am writing this review today and know that I have documentation and pictures to back everything I say here today. I would have given zero stars, but that wasn't an option. Last year I purchased a 245VC from Couch's and to say that Forest River, Lippert and Couch's shouldn't be dealt with is an understatement. The only reason I am giving them the rating of 4 is because the salesman Hunter was awesome in answering all my questions and helping after we were having problems with the extended warranty. We made the sale over the phone and after reading several reviews we decided to pay for someone to go out and inspect the Salem 42 view before we signed the papers. Purchased a brand new toy hauler and payed cash for it. Good price but no service after the sale. Voicemails for parts dept are not returned. Salesman that I purchased it from a few days before was not present during pick up and never called afterwards to see if I had any more questions, which I did. Unhappy with the total picture.
