I was very nervous going into the home buying process. Jeff was so helpful in making me feel like everything was going to work out. He was honest about the homes and I never felt any pressure to choose one house over the other. The process moved quickly once I had made a decision and he used his network of people to solve issues that arose during the purchase. I would absolutely advise anyone looking for a home to work with Jeff and Cary Sims!!

Jeff was great with selling our house. He had amazing contacts for repairing our deck prior to listing, pressure washing, cleaning and mowing the lawn after we had moved. He did a great job staging the house and the pictures made it look amazing. We felt he had our best interests in mind throughout the entire process. He was always available and quick to respond. I would highly recommend him for your house buying and selling needs.

I had a fantastic experience selling my townhome with Jeff and Cary. Jeff’s in-depth knowledge of the local real estate market is incredible. The staging of my home was beautifully executed by Cary, and the handyman services were extremely helpful.
