Our experience was excellent with Jeff and his wife Cary. On top of getting married quickly, to purchasing our first home in the same month, you could only imagine the stressors behind that. Jeff and Cary were very professional, supportive and positive throughout the sale of our home. Our house sold the first weekend at above asking price due in part I believe to Cary’s staging and their photographer. Jeff was always available to answer any questions and “has a guy” when handi man situations come up. To top it off, when we lost our dog a few days after the move, they came out to help look for him. Our family have loved working with Jeff and Cary Sims. My daughter and her husband worked with them to secure their home in 2019 and referred them to us. We are so glad they did!! Selling a house can be stressful and frustrating but working with Jeff and Cary Sims selling my house was a great experience. Jeff and Cary work so well together. They staged my house in the morning and I had appointments to view the house that afternoon. Jeff was there every step of the way. He responds quickly to emails/text and is respectful of your time.
