Outstanding Realtor! Came in with a laid out plan how we would proceed in each stage of selling my home. Stayed in constant communication with us the whole way. Very professional and diligent in getting the house sold. Jeff walked us through every step of the way and coached us on the many questions we had (We had a lot). Jeff used up to date and current marketing to get our home to all buyers and audiences. He was able to make quick adjustments in a changing market. We will hold all agents to this standard.
WARNING: Deceptive Practices & Breach of Contract I am sharing my experience with Jeff Brick (Listing Agent) to warn other buyers to protect their interests. Had I known his methods, I would never have proceeded with this transaction. 1. Unauthorized Property Removal: A washer and dryer in good working condition were present during showings but removed without my consent after contingencies were waived.
