I went in just to look at a jeep, and Kyle and I started talking. Before you know it, I decided to purchase the vehicle. The whole staff made the experience painless and fast. I think that I got the best deal that I could at Belzers dodge.
The dealership swiftly provided a sales representative, Joel, to help me test-drive the car, initiate the purchasing process, and prepare me with the tools to own a car. Joel answered all of the questions that I asked and created a comfortable environment for the customer. This experience at the dealership, guided by Joel, helped me feel confident in my choice as a new Chevrolet owner!
Lack of coordination when I was handed off from different team members in the sales process but overall it was a good experience.
