I have been a happy patient at this office for years and have always appreciated the skill of the dentists and hygienists—they are truly top-notch. However, the front office staff leaves much to be desired. I loved going to see Dr. Barna. He was the greatest. No upselling. Now that Dr. Waters bought the practice it’s not any place I wouldn’t want to go again so I have switched dentists. I felt like I was so pressured into unnecessary procedures none of which I needed. They have turned that Office into something terrible when it used to be so good. When I called to cancel my future appointment and get my x-rays sent on they were rude. Go somewhere else!

I was a very loyal patient of Dr. Barna for 16 years. My loyalty stemmed from the fact that he and his team made you feel like family. They were never trying to push unnecessary treatments on you or use scare tactics to get you to buy unneeded dental work. Then, the practice was sold to another dentist. While Dr. Barna cut his hours back, I was still able to request him as my dentist. However, the difference in the support staff was immediately noticeable. If you’re wondering why the reviews changed from 5 stars to 1 star, it’s because Dr. Barna sold the practice. The new owners are terrible shakedown artists and will ruin what was once a great practice. We’ve been going to Dr. Barna for well over a decade and decided to continue on with the practice, even though he had sold it, since he was staying on as an advisor/consultant during the transition.
