I would highly recommend Jeff Banks and Son for your grading needs. I had septic tank trouble and they showed up really quick and had me back going asap with a very reasonable price too.
I use Jeff Banks Grading for all my land clearing and driveway work. I am really surprised at the negitive reviews from these people. Make sure you have a written contract with Mr. Banks. I trusted him at his 65.00 an hour rate and we discussed 2 hours. When I got the bill it was \$250.00. I was willing to pay him 2 hours and one hour for moving his equipment. I learned my lesson, have an air tight contract with him before you get him to do anything. I paid him \$250.00.
