Excellent experience. Dr Arthur explained the upcoming procedure very well and completely understandably. Both he and his Nurse practitioner spent all the time necessary to completely understand my case and were very compassionate. Saw me at my appointment time with no wait time in exam room. Looking forward to my procedure.
Dr. Arthur, PA Emily, and their team are incredible. I woke up in severe pain and was in tears when I called their office. Despite being fully booked, Kathy got me in right away. Dr. Arthur and Emily listened carefully, assessed me, and immediately ordered an MRI and X-ray. I was shocked (and grateful) that everything was confirmed with my insurance by the next morning. Excellent care, fast action, and true compassion — highly recommend!
