Dr. Arthur was very professional and knowledgeable about what was going on with my back and gave me options on what he recommended doing to help me with the pain in my back. His joyful attitude and attention to details on how I felt made me feel comfortable talking to him and at ease. I will definitely recommend him to anyone having issues like I have had in my back.
This was my initial consultation. Dr. Arthur was very thorough and knowledgeable. He understood that I needed more investigation into my problem. I like that. I want my problems resolved quickly. I will say though I changed doctors after I had my imaging done (which was thorough) I ended up seeking another doctor because of the lack of knowledge of the assistant who went over my readings with me. I cannot figure out how this man has such stellar reviews for bedside manner. My dad is having a procedure at the memorial Hermann surgical center in Conroe by Dr. Arthur. He treated my My dad with distain and was very rude. If my dad was not actually in pain, I would’ve canceled the procedure. Dr. Arthur was recommending that my dad lose some weight and he did it in a way that was degrading and disrespectful.. Not that it matters, but my dad is not obese in any way.
