The nicest staff you will ever meet. They make you feel comfortable. When i walked in, i was still in denial. How could this be true ? I can't have cancer ? I am too busy ? I have a son to take care of ...I am supposed to be the strong mom that always takes care of everyone else...They answered all of my questions even before i had to ask. Yes, there will be a long wait. True for any cancer center. Dr. Halbrook has treated me for cancer 4 different times. I am cancer free. Now he keeps a watchful eye on me to catch any cancer that may return. He is great, the receptionist and other staff are wonderful. I have never had a problem with any of them. I have seen many patients being rude and disrespectful. Please be patient and above all be nice.
