I was driving down Bonair Street in La Jolla, to where it dead ended on the beach and a man driving a truck from Jeff Anderson Painting was stopped at the stop sign. I patiently waited for him to drive through the stop, it was a 3 way stop, and from my position ,you cannot see the other two intersections. I told him he needed to pull forward, he responded “NO I DONT!” So I tried to go around and sure enough I almost got into an accident.
