Our bank had to hound him to get our appraisal which was days late, then comps didn't match, not even same school district or size. When he was at our home he indicated it was worth much much more - "someone's gonna offer you a million dollars someday, has anybody contacted you already to sell?". Totally unprofessional.
Not as responsive as he should have been and caused us delays on closing on our house. After 2 weeks and after my first review, appraisal was submitted same day as review which we are pleased about. Changing from 1 star to 2 for this reason.
His appraisals are completely unprofessional and have zero thought into the home's specific details. Do yourself a favor, with all the other appraisers in Texas, go to someone else.
