I do not recommend Roberto, he is rude and unprofessional. Wouldn’t man up to a mistake. (A mistake can happen ) pretending to not see it and then when asked how it can be fixed? He just went quiet. Been there twice, first time wasn’t bad that’s why came back but after this, no more.
My long time barber retired so I needed a new shop. I came by Jefe's and the reviews were really good. I booked an appointment with TJ and the process was super convenient. I arrived on time and was seated right away. The shop had a good vibe and was very busy and active. Five barbers had clients and several people were waiting.
