I booked this appointment through Zocdoc because the entire point of using the platform is to see real-time availability and book an available appointment. I scheduled my appointment at 7:00 AM for a 2:30 PM same-day visit. When I arrived, the receptionist told me she hadn't had a chance to review that day's appointments and therefore had never confirmed mine. Do not go here if you expect to see a doctor. Made appointment via Zocdoc for suspected sinus infection, submitted all my info and was told I was ready for my appointment. Showed up and was rudely told “we don’t have you in our system” and “we don’t treat sick people like that.” Zero stars if I could.

Completely unprofessional doctors office. I spoke to Monica yesterday to confirm an appointment for today. This is a pre op appointment, and yet an hour before the appointment they call and cancel. They called me to reschedule an important appointment and didn’t attempt to contact the other person although this was a scheduling error on their part. I don’t feel like this place has your healths best interest in mind. Go to another doctors for your own sake
