Great doctor. very professional and staff was super friendly. <y past GP retired and I could not have found a better MD.. Highly recommend.
My first appt he seemed eager to figure out my issues, the second visit he was extremely rude and told me to stop seeing doctors. Thankfully I didnt listen to him and found out that not only was I extremely anemic (he didnt bother to check that with all the bloodtests he ran as I complained of fatigue and breathlessness) but I am bleeding internally. Gave him one last visit and he basically told me he had no clue why I was in pain, didnt bother to investigate further. That was my last visit.
Dr. Saran was asked by our gastroenterologist to admit my husband to the hospital to find out why he had 24-hour nausea and was unable to sleep. Without seeing my husband or talking to him, Dr. Saran made a decision based on lab work and notes of symptoms that my husband did not "warrant admission." We found out the next day, at another hospital, that he has gallstones. Sloppy and thoughtless.
Dr. Saran himself is absolutely amazing. However, his office staff lacks common sense and customer service. I've had multiple issues where they assured me they could do something and then told me the exact opposite at my next appointment, so it was a complete waste of time. Their communication is unprofessional and lacking in knowledge of the patient.
Wife and I moved to Florida three years ago. Dr. Saran took me under his wing to address my health issues which are extensive. I hold doctors to a high standard and this doctor has been fantastic. Great guy that listens and does a great job. I can't say enough about him and Mike and there staff.
He's a genuinely caring doc. I'm dealing with a long term illness at the moment and Dr. Saran is working with my other doctors whilst keeping me calm. The staff is amazing and calls me back at all hours--which I need at this point in my life. If you need a caring doc to hold your hand, this guy is for you.
Dr. Saran's wholistic approach sets him apart in a crowded field. Your not just a number here that he has to get done with in in a certain time frame. He takes time to fully understand what is going on with you so he can properly resolve the problem.
It was good for a long time I belive he would be my doctor for long time I went in TAMPA GENERAL HOSPITAL FOR A SERIOUS LUNG PROLBEM AND AFTER THAT I THINK THING WERE OK FOR A WHILE AND THAN BOOM, I RECIVED A LETTER IN THE MAIL ASKING ME TO FIND A NEW DOCTOR WOW. NOT A HAPPY DAY.
He was wonderful. Took the time to fully address concerns and talk to me about my health problems. Referred me to several great specialists for other things and they were all wonderful.
