I've been going to Jeeps for 5 years now. I first met him when he was a 3 man crew, and he replaced half of my jeeps frame in 12 hours. He even worked until 10pm to make sure it was done in 1 day like he promised. Periodic purchases for a few years, and when I went to convert my transmission, he not only gave me every part I needed, he even allowed me to swap transfer cases under a "good faith" that i'd return my stock one. Granted, Ray and I are on a first name basis, but that is damn good customer service.

A Jeeper's life saver!!! – I needed an axle! Perfect for what you would expect. $150!!! So it had surface rust?!!? Gears are perfect. The people are always busy and do whatever it takes to help if you put enough time aside for them. While I was there Joe took the time to assist me with other questions and ended up getting more stuff. Thank you!

Best place for inexpensive partsâ?¦. – I have used Jeeps Unlimited for several years now. I have a Cherokee and an older Wrangler. These guys always have the parts I need and most importantly, the price is always right. They always seem to be super busy so I have had to wait at times, however, I can't afford to pay 2 or 3 times more for parts to have them handed to me promptly by super friendly service people. I like this shop, and the guys that work there have always been helpful and polite.

Worst Business Ethics – Its like playing russian roulette. You might get a shitty part, you might not. even if you buy the parts not directly but at their eBay store instead. The customer service is completely ridiculous. Trust me if you bought something from them prior you will get the run around. Lets not even talk about the guy who owns the place 'Ray' that guy is a serious d-bag.

Always helpful – I have been going here for 10 years. Love the place always will. They always have what I need far cheaper then any junkyards.

Jeeps Unlimited is the best place for Jeep parts. Period. They have pretty much everything you could ever need and the prices are ridiculously cheap. Sometimes they can be a little slow, but they make up for it by being funny and having hot girls working in the office. Plus, Ray is the man. No one knows more about Jeep parts than he does. And King is probably the best pitbull on earth. Thanks!

i got a 96 cherokee.......... – and i got all my parts from ray and none of them were broke..... and everyone that works there happens to be very polite and helpful. especialy the guy mark who helped me when i was there. ive been dealing with jeeps unlimited for years both on ebay and at the shop and as long as i own my jeep i will always get my parts from them.

who is ray?. – who is ray...i had a problem with my purchase on ebay..i drove almost 3 hours..when i got there ..they had my part.. when i got home i noticed it was broke..i called .to speak to the owner..the girl i talked to said that he dosent talk on the phone..already a problem!!..what owner does not talk to customers..i had to drive another 3 hours to get another part..some dude with a hat and hoody on helped me..again he gave me a broken part..he said what do you want it perfect..and swore and walked out the door..than... read more
