I bought this 2016 JKUR a month ago and the pinion bearing was shot. Another shop quoted me 3X what Jeep Dr quoted. Jeep Doctor mechanics are very honest, ethical and excellent at what they do. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a professional Jeep shop.
We found a place that finally figured out the check engine light on our 2018 Jeep wrangler. They were honest, thorough and communicated the issue. Took time to get it right and fix the issue. Great guys and place if you need Jeep work done.

Jeep Doctor is under new ownership, and you can really tell they’re working hard to get things running smoothly. Yes, they’re a bit backed up and slower to respond right now, but the staff is genuinely friendly and knows their stuff when it comes to Jeeps. I love this place. I just became a member of the JEEP family and they have been nothing but helpful professional to me answering all my questions no matter how many I had. Dustin is the man great personality very knowledgeable of offloading especially crawling and Jeff the owner what a great guy too. He loves welcoming in new Jeep owners thanks guys.
