Communication was excellent and I was kept abreast of how my jeep was doing along the way.
I just took my jeep here and I’m so glad I did!! My jeep would have a very dangerous wobble and other shops couldn’t fix it. Jeep doctor knew what it was right away and we got it fixed for much less than I thought it would be. Everyone was very knowledgeable and friendly. I thought seeing a specialist would be more expensive but it wasn’t. I will only take my jeep here for now on.
These guys were great. Their pricing is fantastic and they accommodated my weird schedule.
Just to start off, I’ve had several (mostly terrible) experiences with all 3 Jeep Dealerships in the Temecula area. They lack experienced service techs and all of their Service Advisors are constantly trying to upsell me on products and services THEY feel I should have done ASAP.
