My vehicle sat over a week before service even began what’s the point of an appointment?? My vehicle has been held hostage for 3weeks and I’m being told it’s going to take 3days to put a bumper on smh I like the work they provide but it’s starting to be a Joke for service!!!
I have never actually brought a car here to be worked on but my mother-in-law was stranded on the side of the road with a flat tire and Nathan Mercer pulled over to put the spare tire on out of the kindness of his heart. He is a very sweet young man and he told me he is a mechanic here so I wanted to leave a good review about him.
Wish I could give 0 stars. Went in for a sliding door replacement on my van and they have now surpassed 3 estimated dates they said it would be finished. They still have my van and it’s been over a month. They claim they can’t finish my car until another that showed up after mine is complete. We asked for a courtesy rental since it is taking so long and they can’t even get it together to get a rental for us. Wish we could get my car and take it elsewhere. Definitely won’t use them again.
Been trying to call to set up an appointment for 2 weeks never got a call back and no one answers the phone so went up there and gotta schedule an appointment cause they full for 2 weeks super ridiculous that as soon as they sell you the vehicle they don’t care
