I am extremely disappointed with this dealership and cannot recommend it. I purchased a 2025 Ram 1500 in December 2024. Within two months, the truck stalled three times, which is unacceptable for a brand-new vehicle. During the first repair, I was told the battery was the issue and it was replaced. Ok so I just read a review for another Chrysler Dealership’s service dept and man was it bad. It may me think of my experience bringing in my Jeep 4xe to this dealership -nothing but amazing when it comes to customer service! Friendly, receptive, and on top of communications with me. They really are great and since I bought another Stellantis product I would bring my car here for service if it benefits them.
