Great service by Nadine at the parts counter We were passing through Thunder Bay and had a problem with our fob. The friendly service desk receptionist walked me over to Nadine who got us on our way quickly, even though she was very busy. Thank you all!
Pricing on products and add ons ** customer from out of town** I bought a truck for $60,000, and i was told the truck had a spray in liner. The day i went to pick it up I found out while signing the contract that it didn't have a liner and that I would have to pay extra in order to have the liner sprayed. ( The result was that i paid and had to come back at a later date and during that extra trip someone hit my truck in the parking lot.)
