I'm very happy that I was able to come to this location and not the one closest to me (inwood). I booked the appointment here, arrived at 730am, and they took my car in, I waited an hr, and they told me the issue and the fixed and ready for pick up the next day. What impressed me the most was the new system being used. They now record a video of the issue and send you a video with a detailed description of the problem. My experience at Garden city jeep was amazing! Everyone was very friendly, especially my sales guy James. He went above & beyond to make sure my family & I were comfortable. He even checked on me the next day(his day off) when I came back to pick up my vehicle. I can’t forget Jonathan the financial rep, he too was very personable & broke everything down explaining in detail. He helped me get a great monthly plan. I’ll definitely be sending friends & family there.
Just purchased a 2025 Durango GT from Garden City Jeep. Relmo made this whole process as it should be - straightforward and accommodating. We were treated well at this dealership and felt we got the best deal possible without any nonsense.
