I saw Jeena to work through long-standing and recurrent loss issues. She was able on the first visit to help me reframe how I looked at this issue. Although initially I was not sure I liked what I heard during the time between my first and second visit I was able to look at the issue and reprocess it differently so that by the second visit I actually was already feeling better. After a few more sessions and some deeper diving into my thought processes together we decided I might already be ready for discharge from her care. ... read more
